Harvesting information: Chye Sim grows in a rosette, so you can cut off the outermost leaves once the plant is about a month old. It will continue growing from the middle of the plant. You can also choose to harvest the whole plant, just ensure that you do so before the plant hits 2 months of age for peak crispness.
