Harvesting information: Thai Basil grows nice and tall, so you can start cutting the topmost leaves off once the plant is about a month old. This also helps to prevent flowering, which causes a bitter taste. However, if you want to see your Thai Basil blossom, you can choose not to cut the plant as well. Just be careful not to let the plant reach the lights above!
